Account Executive

About the Role 

We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment where curiosity, execution, and resilience lead to success. You’ll run the full sales cycle: identifying prospects, leading demos, and closing business, all while learning from experienced sales leaders and proven playbooks.

Within Your First Month, You’ll… 

• Onboard and master our sales playbook and messaging 
• Learn the ins and outs of our product and value proposition 
• Begin building a personal pipeline through outbound activity

Within 3 Months, You’ll… 

• Meet or exceed daily activity goals for outbound prospecting 
• Run discovery calls and demos with qualified leads 
• Own deals from first contact through close

Within 6 Months, You’ll… 

• Consistently achieve or exceed quota 
• Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers 
• Share insights to help refine our sales process and messaging

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, and close 
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, social) 
• Manage your pipeline effectively using Sellfire 
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize outreach strategy and improve performance
• Represent the company with professionalism and energy in every customer interaction

Background and Experience 

• 1+ year of sales or prospecting experience preferred (but not required)
• Experience in a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment is a plus 
• Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal 
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes 
• Competitive spirit with a growth mindset and desire to win
